The Recruitment Process
We tailor our strategies and operations to the needs of our clients, and will always include, at a minimum, the following steps:
- Face-to-face interviews to qualify candidates.
- Skill and/or behavioral based assessments. We utilize several web-based testing packages, which cover disciplines from clerical to technical.
- Coordination of all interviews with our clients.
- Follow up with both the client and candidate.
- Reference checks.
- Drug screens and background checks upon customer request.
- Presentation of employment offer.
2. Human Resource Consulting
Our expertise includes the development of diversity recruitment programs, and the design and implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and procedures. By helping clients understand the value of utilizing pre and post-hire metrics and statistics, they are able to measure their success and identify areas of organizational improvement.
3. Training
Two of our strongest training strengths are in recruiting and diversity. We train corporate HR managers and business owners in effective interviewing, employee selection and other facets of recruitment. We also conduct a wide range of corporate diversity seminars and programs.
