Management Team

Mr. Newman was founder and President of Diversity Services, a recruiting firm based in NYC with offices in Washington DC and Chicago. Upon his move to the Albany area, Peter was the Albany Sales Manager for a Rochester, NY based recruitment firm. He obtained his Master’s Degree from The City College of New York.

Ms. Rosenblum has been in Human Resources and recruitment for almost ten years, serving as Corporate Recruitment Manager for a major Albany employer, and as a technical recruiter for a national consulting firm. She also serves as a resume writing expert and career consultant. Alison completed her MBA from the University at Albany.

Ms. Fiske was Branch Operations Manager for a national staffing firm and Operations Manager for a major Fortune 500 company. She has also served in various recruitment and management capacities throughout her career. Belva has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from Empire State College.
